Director, Regultory Counsel

The Director of Regulatory Counsel will oversee the development and maintenance of borrower communication related to mortgage servicing, including pre-foreclosure, loss mitigation, loan modification, and other necessary notices. This role requires strategic oversight of borrower communication, interpreting legal requirements, ensuring compliance, and providing client-facing advice to senior management.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate required
• Admission to at least one state bar
• 3-5 years of legal, regulatory, and compliance legal experience
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Self-starter with exceptional problem solving and analytical ability
• Ability to collaborate and build relationships
