Electrical Supervisor (309A or 442A)

Windsor Salt Ltd. is looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join the maintenance team at their Ojibway Mine location. The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience supervising unionized skilled trades employees and five years of experience working in an industrial maintenance environment.

Requirements

• Red Seal Electrician – Industrial (309A) or Construction and Maintenance (442A) strongly preferred
• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering will be considered
• Five years of experience working in an industrial maintenance environment
• One to three years of industry planning and scheduling experience
• Strong people skills
• Project Management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Conflict resolution skills
• Trained and well-versed in time management
• Background and understanding of craft functions and industry practices
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is considered an asset
• Knowledge of CMMS (SAP preferred) and MS Office
