Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering (or other relevant mining degree with 7+ years of mining experience)
• 5+ years of Underground Mining experience
• Self-starter with the ability to plan, organize, and carry out multiple project assignments at once
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects or portfolios over $5 million
• Demonstrated experience with designing, installing, or supervising ground control or rock mechanics activities
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams of at least 5 people
• Demonstrated experience with the design, installation, or measurement of mine ventilation systems
• Demonstrated experience with the design, installation, or maintenance support of mine hoisting systems
• Supervisory experience in a mine environment, required
