Job Description

As a Senior Human Resource Generalist, you will drive change and business results using strong influential skills, the ability to build relationships, and deep functional HR expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, business, or related field
- 4+ years of Human Resources experience within a unionized environment
- Experience in the administration of collective bargaining agreements
- Broad knowledge of HR practices, including talent acquisition, compensation, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, employee relations, change management, and organizational development
