Requirements
- Three years of clinical experience in a primary care setting
- Two years in a leadership and/or Medical Director role preferred
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited medical program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure by the Oregon State Board of Medical Examiners
- Possession of or eligibility for DEA certificate
- Unrestricted Oregon Driver’s License and comprehensive automobile insurance
