Job Description
Moss is a SaaS scale-up empowering SMBs with AI-driven spend management tools. They are looking for an AI Automation Manager to drive automation across the company, identify opportunities, and build effective workflows. This is a hands-on execution role focused on measurable business outcomes through AI adoption.
Requirements
- Experience in business operations, process design, product management, or consulting.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech.
- Technical fluency: Comfortable with low-code/no-code automation tools, APIs, and prompt design.
- Strong understanding of business processes in at least one of Finance, Operations, or Revenue functions.
- Skilled in driving organizational change, adoption, and training programs.
