Job Description
At Moss, we're looking for a TechOps Lead to build and scale the technical foundation that keeps Moss secure, reliable, and operationally efficient. As a TechOps Lead, you will lead and develop the TechOps team while shaping the operating model, automation strategy, and governance framework for workplace infrastructure, identity, and core business systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing small technical or IT-focused teams
- Strong hands-on experience in technical operations, workplace infrastructure, and identity management
- Experience building scalable operational models rather than just maintaining systems
- Strong understanding of security best practices and regulatory environments
