Job Description
Motional is seeking an experienced Radar Component Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge Radar technology. The role involves requirements creation, collaboration with suppliers, testing and issue resolution, and system integration. This is a significant opportunity to own projects from the requirements stage to full production release.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in automotive, OEM, or a similar industry
- Experience with radar system design, understanding of automotive radar hardware/DSP/testing/performance
- Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical and networking systems (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of automotive diagnostics interfaces and protocols (UDS, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Self-motivated, organized, flexible
- Strong problem-solving skills
