Job Description
Motive is searching for an Account Executive, Enterprise to build the sales organization in Mexico, leading the charge in selling the value of the business outcomes that can be achieved with Motive. As a highly motivated self-starter, you will prospect and win new business by developing strong relationships with key prospects and consistently achieve above and beyond your KPI targets.
Requirements
- 4+ years of demonstrated success in full-cycle direct sales experience in B2B environments
- Experience in developing strong relationships across functions and ability to influence key decision makers
- Ability to work 3 to 6-month sales cycles with an annual revenue per deal in the six-figure range
- Commitment to outbound prospecting, managing and closing deals
- Understanding of technical tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise software tools
