Job Description
Motive empowers people to manage drivers and vehicle expenses in a single system with AI. They are looking for an Associate Enterprise Systems QA Engineer to evaluate and test their Salesforce platform to ensure quality and functionality. This role involves collaboration with development, business analysts, and product managers, identifying and resolving defects, and contributing to the overall quality assurance process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform (Sales & Service Cloud)
- 2-4 years of experience in manual software testing (preferably with Salesforce CRM)
- Passion for QA & understanding of QA concepts & processes
- Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
- Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
- Salesforce Administrator/Platform App Builder certifications (plus) are a plus
