Job Description
As a Data Analyst II, you will work within the Post Sales Organization, partnering with Customer Support, Services, and Sales Engineering teams to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics. You will be responsible for building scalable dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring leadership has visibility into business-critical KPIs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation
- Expertise in Tableau for dashboard development and storytelling
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting/dashboards
- Python/R for data manipulation and automation (good to have)
- Prior experience supporting Customer Support, Services, or Sales Engineering organizations (preferred)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
