Job Description
Motive is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join their team. The role involves overseeing billing status, analyzing documents, creating invoices, and reviewing credits and refunds. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a billing or related role, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a billing or billing-related role
- Independent self-starter who can adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well in ambiguous situations, solve problems, and think on your feet
- Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
- Comprehensive knowledge of Zuora is a plus
- Expertise in Salesforce.com is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in accounting or finance is preferred
