Job Description
Motive is seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior SDET to join their team in India, remotely. The role focuses on ensuring technology function efficiently and effectively, minimizing errors, and meeting software quality goals through automated testing. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver, a leader in testing complex systems, and a hands-on developer.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Java-based Test Automation
- Proven experience with Backend/API testing (RESTful APIs using RestAssured)
- Experience with UI testing using Playwright
- Software Engineering Mindset & ownership of the test automation strategy
- Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience with complex systems and a distributed cloud environment (AWS)
