Job Description
Motive is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to own the strategy, development, and execution of product demos and technical sales enablement for international markets, focusing on Mexico, Canada, and the UK. This role requires translating complex product functionality into compelling demos and content, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically curious, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical B2B SaaS roles
- Experience creating demos and enablement content for international markets
- Native Latin American Spanish speaker with strong English proficiency
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Familiarity with browser DevTools and basic coding skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
