Job Description
Motive is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, scale, and manage their AWS-backed services for millions of connected IoT devices, mobile, and SaaS users. The role involves collaboration with teams, IaC (Terraform), and CM (Helm) coding to ensure smooth operations and availability. They value ownership and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional SRE/DevOps experience
- Demonstrable systems architect expertise
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services (ALB/ELB, IAM, DynamoDB, SNS, EKS/Fargate, etc.)
- Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management (Terraform and Helm charts)
- Knowledge of Python, Bash or other scripting languages
- High-level of ownership and drive to work with others and see improvements through to production
