Job Description
Motive is seeking a Software Engineer to build scalable APIs and services for their FleetFoundation team, focusing on the safety and productivity of their drivers, vehicles, and equipment. This role will be responsible for providing visibility into the Fleet data. The team collaborates with multiple teams and leverages AI tools to improve code quality and development.
Requirements
- Develop highly observable, reliable, and scalable platform components
- Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs for both internal and external applications
- Champion engineering excellence by proactively reducing technical debt and improving code quality
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Actively work on our AWS Cloud infrastructure
- Mentor and learn from other engineers
