Production Superintendent

MCI is seeking a Production Superintendent to lead a team, oversee cell leaders, and ensure the production of their motor coach products. This role involves coaching, performance monitoring, budget management, and maintaining high production standards in a unionized environment. The position also requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Lead and direct department operations.
• Champion quality standards and address non-conforming materials.
