AI/ML Engineer

Motor Oil Group is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for complex business problems. The role involves building, training, and fine-tuning models, enhancing performance, and optimizing costs related to Generative AI. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or other related fields
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science or other related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML, Microsoft technology stack, Azure, C#, python, preferably within the energy industry
• Extensive experience developing reasonably complex, high-quality software over multiple years and maintaining it in production environments
• Strong expertise in areas such as AI, LLM, deep learning, reinforcement learning and generative AI models
• Understanding of IT project management and development principles and related methodologies (e.g. Agile)
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written, in Greek and English languages
• Passion for innovation and driving impactful solutions in the energy sector
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results oriented environment and meet deadlines
