Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in developing mission-critical solutions for UK emergency services. The role involves reviewing and modernizing existing product components and architecture, and driving the execution of new features and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership experience, and security clearance.
Requirements
- Security clearance (SC and NPPV3)
- First Class or Upper Second Class degree in a relevant subject
- 10+ years of experience in commercial software engineering
- Experience of leading and managing software development teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
