We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher with a strong mixed-methods background to lead evaluative and measurement-focused UX research within mission-critical environments. You will design and execute studies that demonstrate the impact of research on product, design, and business outcomes, while shaping how behavioural insights inform strategy.
