Motorway is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process, deliver high-impact design work, and shape the future of their product.

Requirements

• own design from problem definition to polished UI
• lead discovery, user testing, and implementation
• deliver cohesive solutions across web, mobile, and native apps
• partner with product managers, data analysts, and other functions to shape roadmaps
• apply systems-thinking and deep UI/UX expertise
• conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis
• align stakeholders around customer needs and design direction
• mentor junior designers
• deepen your craft in strategic areas such as design systems, accessibility, and mobile patterns
