Job Description
Mount Anville is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a new mixed-use development project, Lots Road, in the heart of Fulham. The role involves managing subcontract packages and collaborating with a fast-paced pre-construction team, contributing to the successful on-site delivery of a state-of-the-art care home and luxury homes.
Requirements
- Experience in procuring subcontract packages.
- Experience supporting a BSR application (advantageous).
- Ownership of subcontract packages from start to finish.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
