Job Description
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Technical Coordinator to work with a Technical Manager on the regeneration of Bacton Estate Phase 2, a north London flagship scheme.
Requirements
- Experience in leading and managing various design elements of a large RC frame residential project from start to finish
- Involved in RIBA Stages 3-6
- Ability to drive various design packages and coordinate the design, manage consultants, and chair design team meetings
