Job Description
The Director of Revenue Intelligence for the Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) (which includes the MSHS and the Faculty Practice Plan) will optimize financial performance using business intelligence, advanced analytics, and AI-driven solutions. This role focuses on building a modern analytic-driven revenue intelligence program to improve revenue cycle processes, analyze data for trends, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The Director will lead the design, implementation, and long-term success of an enterprise revenue intelligence function.
Requirements
- Lead the development and adoption of advanced analytics, and AI solutions to grow and protect revenue across the revenue cycle.
- Identify and prioritize new revenue opportunities using advanced analytics, market trends, and operational insights.
- Employ cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI) to develop projections and create forward-looking models to predict revenue and cash flow streams.
- Monitor, measure, and report the outcomes of revenue initiatives, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
