Job Description
Mount Sinai West is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead and manage the Behavioral Health Nursing team. The RN Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff development, and adherence to behavioral health standards. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills within a multidisciplinary setting.
Requirements
- Oversee the administrative and operational duties of a 24-bedded in-patient behavioral Health unit.
- Staff Management, recruitment, retention, labor relations, employee performance evaluation, staff education, and staff schedules.
