Job Description
The Nurse Manager is responsible for the management of nursing practice and operations on a designated unit/service. This role involves clinical nursing practice leadership, staff recruitment and retention, budget management, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with multiple professionals. The Nurse Manager ensures the highest standards of patient care and responsiveness to patient and family needs.
