Job Description
The Nurse Manager for the Mount Sinai Morningside unit will oversee nursing practice, staff recruitment/retention, supply chain, budget, and performance evaluations. This role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of patient care and responsiveness to patient and family needs, working with clinical leadership and operational support. They will also be responsible for maintaining regulatory and quality requirements.
