Job Description
The Mount Sinai Health System is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow-MSH to join the Icahn Institute. The role involves analyzing large-scale biomedical datasets, conducting research in various domains like molecular profiling and machine learning, and preparing manuscripts for publication. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and programming-proficient researcher with experience in high-dimensional data analysis.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Computational Biology, or other quantitative discipline.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in data science, machine learning, statistical modeling, genomic analysis, or similar analytical field.
- Programming proficiency (R, Matlab, SAS, Stata, Python/Jupyter).
- Working experience with genetics or statistics analysis and biomedical data analysis.
