Job Description
Mount Sinai is seeking a full-time Psychologist for the Center for Intensive Treatment of Personality Disorders at the Department of Psychiatry of Mount Sinai Morningside / Harlem Health Center. The role involves providing psychotherapy, supervision, and mentoring to patients with complex personality disorders and personality-related problems. The position will offer 5-6 session of intensive group psychotherapy per week.
Requirements
- Provide comprehensive psychological assessment of patients with complex personality psychopathology
- Provide specialized, intensive, multidimensional / multivariable treatment based on intensive psychodynamic therapy
- Supervise psychology fellows, interns, and externs
- Manage a caseload of 15+ individual patients, as assigned
- Provide coverage for other team members, as assigned
