Job Description
The Senior Clinical Risk Manager serves as a resource to staff, enhancing patient safety and quality of care in a healthcare facility. This role involves reviewing risk management data, conducting Root Cause Analysis, collaborating with senior staff, and participating in new employee orientation and training. The manager supports the Risk Management staff with oversight of operations and participation in committees related to quality and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or other health related science
- 3-5 years Risk Management experience preferred
- NYS RN, NP or P.A. or allied health professional licensure
- CPHRM preferred
