Clinical Coordinator (Assistant Professor), Physician Assistant Program - FTE .5

The Clinical Coordinator will work closely with the clinical education team to promote program success with a strong focus on the clinical phase. The Clinical Coordinator will hold teaching duties primarily related to Supervised Clinical Practice Experiences.

Requirements

• Provide academic instruction and evaluate student performance
• Recruit, develop, coordinate, maintain, visit, and monitor clinical sites, clinical experiences, and preceptors
• Serve as a faculty advisor to students and monitor advisee progress
• Participate in ongoing accreditation activities
• Facilitate small group learning activities
• Participate in admissions activities
• Maintain and update educational equipment and online learning resources
• Maintain a collegial learning and working environment
• Stay current with trends and developments in PA education and clinical practice
