Job Description
This position is for an Evisceration Supervisor, responsible for ensuring departmental operations, maintaining compliance with procedures and standards, and working with food safety regulations. The role focuses on order fulfillment, quality control, staffing management, and adherence to safety protocols. Day shift operational duties are central.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Agriculture, Operations Management and/or Business.
- 3+ years’ demonstrated supervisory experience (or degree and poultry experience preferred).
- Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) knowledge and experience.
- USDA regulations on sanitation and pre-operations guidelines.
