Movement is a climbing gym that's part of a larger community. We're looking for a passionate and business-minded individual to support our directors in fostering a culture of transformative experiences for both guests and team members.

Requirements

• Support the business goals of the gym in alignment with our vision and core values
• Day to day supervision and mentoring of team members
• Demonstrate humility and a willingness to seek input and listen to constructive feedback
• Facilitate the delivery of excellent front line customer service
• Provide periodic training to team members regarding various front desk operations
• Managing retail, instruction, and/or operations-related projects and tasks
