Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, or technical management
• At least 5 years of experience leading IT projects
• Project management certifications: PMI, Prince2
• Experience with Stage-gate model
• Fluent German language and good English language skills (business level)
• Attention to detail, deep technical understanding and multitasking ability
• Strong analytical skills, high-level organizational skills
• Experience with risk management, requirements analysis and conceptual design
• Outstanding stakeholder management
• Excellent presentation skills
