Test Manager (SAP)

This role is for a Test Manager responsible for testing projects in an international business environment, supporting the project manager, and creating test plans and managing teams. The role focuses on functional system tests, automation, and test management within a defense and automotive project for an IT system integrator in Hungary. It offers opportunities for growth within an international setting and hands-on experience in a complex environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics, or similar, or relevant/equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in designing test plans, running regression/verification rounds
• Experience in writing test cases
• Basic knowledge of test automation
• Experience in using testing tools and test/bug management systems
• Capable of managing smaller projects and teams autonomously
• Experience in testing of complex systems in multi-national roll-outs desirable
• Business- and process affinity, empathy and power of persuasion
• Result-oriented way of working with hands-on mentality
• Proficiency in English (business level) both written and spoken
• SAP experience
