Job Description
As an architect, you will be responsible for design and detailed planning in administrative, industrial, and public sector construction projects. You'll coordinate with specialists, collaborate with clients, create tender documents, and manage approval processes. Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in the field of architecture.
- Experience in the preparation and awarding of construction services.
- Sound knowledge of the relevant legal requirements (VOB, HOAI).
- Good MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit) is advantageous.
- Analytical and process-oriented way of thinking.
- Independent and responsible working style.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Strong communication skills.
