Job Description
Rock Energy Cooperative is seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant Energy Services Manager. This role involves analyzing customer data, creating reports, overseeing account receivables, and providing energy conservation assistance. The ideal candidate will be analytical, communication-focused, and passionate about customer service, working within a member-focused environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics or related field
- Expert level knowledge in Excel and strong skills in Office 365
- Experience in accounts receivable and collections
- Exceptional customer service and de-escalation skills
- Utility experience desired
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Reside within one hour driving distance of work location
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Regular daily in-person attendance
