Job Description
Davanni's Pizza & Hot Hoagies, a locally owned restaurant with a Twin Cities tradition since 1975, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager by overseeing daily operations, training, and employee development. This role focuses on ensuring compliance, effective training, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Devote at least four hours per week to one-on-one training
- Interview, hire, and onboard new employees
- Conduct regular evaluations of employee performance
- Apply progressive discipline as needed
- Assist in leading employee meetings
