Sales Project Manager

Blair Fire Protection is seeking a Construction Sales Project Manager to join their team in Butler, WI. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, generating leads, and managing sales activities for construction projects from kick-off to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience.)
• 5-plus years of fire protection construction sales, or a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated track record of generating sales leads and effectively moving prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Bidding and estimating experience are a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven time management skills and ability to work with multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
