Job Description
The associate attorney will represent mortgage and investor clients in foreclosure, title, and general real estate litigation. This role involves managing case files, conducting litigation, analyzing documents, negotiating settlements, and managing communication with clients and court staff. Supervisory responsibilities may be required.
Requirements
- J.D. degree, bar license in good standing
- Bar license in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Connecticut (or willingness to acquire)
- 5+ years relevant litigation experience
- Proficiency in New York Mortgage Foreclosure Law
- Strong communication and writing skills
