Salesforce Developer

MSA Outsourcing Solutions - UK is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join their UK-based client. The role involves customising and enhancing the Salesforce platform to improve process efficiency and user satisfaction, while also integrating it with existing systems and providing technical support. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and customising Salesforce applications and strong understanding of the Salesforce architecture.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of demonstrable experience in software development
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services)
• Experience with configuring and customizing Salesforce applications
• Understanding of Salesforce data model
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
