MSA is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to assist technical professionals with administrative tasks in our Madison, WI office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to solve problems, and have excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Associates degree or higher in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field
- Prior administrative office experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook required
- Prior experience with Teams preferred
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for routine office errands
