Administrative Coordinator providing complex administrative and operational support to Sales and Marketing Leads within the US Rare Disease Business Unit.

Requirements

• Manage multiple and/or complex team calendars
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare expense reports, and ensure compliance with company travel policies and trainings
• Coordinate end-to-end meeting logistics
• Prepare and process forms, documents, and correspondence
• Make travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
• Provide administrative support for cross-functional initiatives and special projects
• Support team culture initiatives
• Partner with marketing/sales planning teams
• Maintain department email distribution lists
• Prepare agendas and take action-items
• Partner with team members to disseminate large communications
• Ensure team maintaining tech-forward growth mindset
