Requirements

• Schedule shipments
• Prepare documents related to shipments
• Resolve transportation issues
• Communicate with CSRs, sales, customers and carriers
• Researching variances in production and inventory records
• Inventory control, balancing and management of database and spreadsheet
• Warehouse storage management
• Entering production data, grades, test results into database
• Invoicing shipments
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other ADM software
