Production Supervisor - Shawnee, KS

ADM Animal Nutrition is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Shawnee, KS warehouse and production facility. The role directs the operation of the plant facility and coordinates daily operations to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of manufacturing and/or warehousing experience
• Experience with pneumatic conveyors
• 1-2 years of production supervisor/lead experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
• Ability to team build
• Ability to train
• Willingness to assume and learn new responsibilities
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills
• Accurate record keeping skills

Benefits

• Base pay between $51,200.00 and $96,600.00 per year
• Overtime pay for non-exempt employees
