Quality Manager - Vandalia, OH

Energizer Holdings is seeking a Quality Manager to manage and ensure the outstanding quality of products for their Global Auto Care business. The successful candidate will lead a staff of quality engineers & technicians, communicate product issues, and apply quality and chemical engineering principles to propose and approve changes to plant processes and quality systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a quality management role, with a focus on automotive or industrial products
• Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team of quality engineers & technicians
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
