Requirements
- Leading cross-functional engineering teams of 15-20 engineers in a dynamic, matrixed organization
- Managing project schedules, budgets, and resources with precision and accountability
- Proactively identifying technical and organizational risks — and building robust mitigation strategies
- Translating high-level business goals into executable engineering plans and strategies
- Contributing meaningfully to proposals, basis of estimates, and program strategy development
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement across teams, tools, and processes
- Serving as a trusted bridge between technical teams and program leadership
