The team is responsible for supporting MSCI's new AI Data Management Platform, enabling high-quality data ingestion, document processing, IBOR data workflows, and the delivery of AI-enhanced data outputs to internal and external stakeholders. The team partners closely with Technology, Data Operations, Product, and Client Service to ensure that AI-driven processes are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- Support daily operations of the AI Data Management Platform, including document management, IBOR workflows, and data delivery.
- Configure and maintain client setups and GP access, ensuring accurate and timely data availability.
- Monitor AI-driven data extraction, enrichment, and classification processes; validate outputs and manage exceptions.
- Assist in training, tuning, and supervising AI models, ensuring they meet quality, transparency, and governance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve data pipelines, and enhance platform performance.
- Ensure compliance with data standards, auditability, and operational controls as AI processes evolve.
