Job Description
Contribute to drug discovery and development efforts in the Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK) Group. Perform lab-based activities, generate in vitro DMPK data, and work closely with scientists across the network.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (with 3 years) or Master's in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology or related science field with relevant laboratory experience
- Strong background in analytical chemistry and/or biochemistry
- Hands-on experience with quantitative analysis using LC-MS or other analytical techniques
- Handling of enzymes, tissue preparations and biological fluids/matrices
- Experience with cell culture and the conduct of cell-based assays
- Experience maintaining laboratory notebooks and conducting data-fitting using commercially available software packages such as Excel, Graphpad Prism, TIBCO Spotfire, etc.
