Job Description
An amazing opportunity has arisen for an API maintenance Technician. The role involves performing craft tasks associated with equipment breakdown, modifications, installation, and reconfiguration, as well as routine preventative maintenance programmes.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of plant equipment and operation standards for GMP, Safety and Environmental protection.
- Welding, principles, practices and processes
- Knowledge of Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Equipment installation practice, including rigging
- Air handling systems, air conditioning and refrigeration
- Engines and associated equipment
- Steam boilers and distribution systems
- Machining principles and practices: - turning, milling, grinding, cutting
- Piping systems, Pumps & Compressors
- Mechanics, mechanical transmissions, drive systems and components
- Trouble shooting skills
- Materials: - steel, alloys, plastics, glass, Teflon
- Maintenance documentation, records and drawings
